By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Copyright
By submitting an order for our Artwork Reproduction or Large Photograph Printing services, you warrant that you are either the copyright holder, or that you have the copyright holder’s permission for that artwork to be reproduced. We will not accept any liability for breach of copyright.
Offensive Material
We reserve the right to refuse to print anything which in our opinion constitutes pornography or other offensive material, or that which may breach the intellectual property rights of a 3rd party.
Commencement of Contract
In the case of our Large Photograph Printing Service, the contract will commence
when process your order and file(s), unless we consider any particular file is technically
unsuitable for this service -
Payment
Unless specified otherwise, payment with order is required. All items offered for sale on this site may be paid for at the time of ordering through Paypal by using a debit or credit card. Paypal is completely secure and applies no charges to the purchaser. We are not sent details of the card used for payment, just your order and the fact that it has been paid for. If you prefer to pay by a different method, please contact us first.
Despatch and Delivery
We will email a full acknowledgement of your order detailing the items ordered and
the amount paid as soon as possible after receipt. (This is in addition to the one
Paypal will issue when you complete the order). We aim to despatch all orders within
7 days of receipt, but please allow up to 28 days as most items are printed to order.
If we are unable to complete your order within that timescale we will contact you
and ask what you would like us to do. We will notify you by email when goods are
despatched. Delivery will normally be by Royal Mail -
Prices
Unless specified otherwise, all prices on this site include Postage, Packing and
Handling to a UK destination. We are happy to ship overseas, but will need to quote
you for doing so -
Cancellation and Refunds -
You may cancel your order and receive a full refund, up to and including 7 working
days after delivery. If you wish to do this, you must inform us in writing within
that period of time. We cannot accept notice of cancellation by telephone or by email.
If the goods have already been despatched, they must be returned to us, at your expense,
and in the same condition as they were sent. Until such time as we have received
the goods, you have a statutory duty to take reasonable care of them, which includes
ensuring they are adequately packed for return. In the case of mounted prints and
other fragile items, we strongly advise you to retain the packaging and re-
Damaged Goods
All goods are securely packed but very occasionally damage occurs in transit. In the event that your goods arrive damaged, please inform us immediately, and retain all the packaging as the Royal Mail may wish to examine it.
