Copyright

By submitting an order for our Artwork Reproduction or Large Photograph Printing services, you warrant that you are either the copyright holder, or that you have the copyright holder’s permission for that artwork to be reproduced. We will not accept any liability for breach of copyright.

 

Offensive Material

We reserve the right to refuse to print anything which in our opinion constitutes pornography or other offensive material, or that which may breach the intellectual property rights of a 3rd party.

 

Payment

Unless specified otherwise, payment with order is required. All items offered for sale on this site may be paid for at the time of ordering through Paypal by using a debit or credit card. Paypal is completely secure and free for the purchaser. We are not sent details of the card used for payment, just your order and the fact that it has been paid for. If you prefer to pay by a different method, please contact us.

 

Delivery

We will email a full acknowledgement of your order detailing the items ordered and the amount paid as soon as possible after receipt. (This is in addition to the one Paypal will issue when you complete the order). We aim to despatch all orders within 7 days of receipt, but please allow up to 21 days. If we are unable to complete your order within that timescale we will contact you and ask you what you would like us to do. Delivery will normally be by Royal Mail First Class - if you would like to use something else, such as Special Delivery for example, please contact us first. We reserve the right to pass on any additional charges that may be incurred.

 

Prices

Unless specified otherwise, all prices on this site include Postage, Packing and Handling to a UK destination, by Royal Mail First Class. We are happy to ship overseas, but will need to quote you for doing so - please contact us first.

 

Cancellation

You may cancel your order and receive a full refund, up to and including 7 days after delivery. Postage Packing and Handling Charges will not be refunded. As a guide, the amounts included in the prices are £7.50 for mounted prints and £2.50 for packs of cards. Goods should be returned to us in the same condition as they were sent. If you wish to cancel an order and receive a refund, please contact us first.

 

Data Protection

Your name, address, order and payment details will be held for normal bookkeeping and accounting purposes only. This information will not be sold, given or otherwise distributed to 3rd party.
